Your Value Proposition: The Key to Marketing Yourself Successfully
It’s understandable that we begin to “become” our jobs, and it’s a challenge to separate our identity and value from our work. That being said, we need to take the time to understand what value we bring to the job and how our value benefits the company and our clients, if we want to be successful in moving our careers and businesses forward. Join this panel to learn more about how to identify and articulate your value to stand out and position yourself for success.

Changing Lanes: How Do I know the Time is Right?
Whether an organization is growing or simply moving in a new direction, change is inevitable and happens at a dizzying pace. Shifting Gears & Changing Lanes will provide the tools to effectively navigate the road to change. This panel will discuss how to create powerful and productive expectations, establish a rewarding new mindset, discover top reasons why people don’t take action, and overcome fears that get in the way of change.

Join this panel as we explore career longevity and positioning yourself for a leadership role that spans decades, not years.

The leadership excellence award distinguishes individuals from all backgrounds senior vice presidents or higher level executives within their respective organizations and companies. Leaders are recognized in the following categories: Corporate, Education, Legal and Medical. Three awards will be presented in each category. This award can be received by invitation only.
